The Portal is administered by Turismo de Portugal, I.P. and its goal is to supply information for users who want to know more about the sector.

However, before consulting the Portal, the terms and conditions of use should be read.

By remaining on the Portal you express your acceptance of the terms and conditions and if you don’t agree with them you should immediately leave the page.

Turismo de Portugal, I.P. reserves the right to at any time change the terms and conditions of use for the Portal and whenever you access the Portal you should consult these terms and conditions beforehand.

Ownership Rights
All Portal contents, namely texts, photographs, images, illustrations, brands and advertising are protected by Copyright and Related Rights, and cannot be used outside of the Portal without the prior written consent of Turismo de Portugal, I.P..

Notwithstanding what has been stated above, the user may download or copy the content from the Portal strictly for his or her own personal use.

It is expressly forbidden to use the Portal for illegal purposes or for purposes that may be considered unworthy of the Turismo de Portugal, I.P. image.

Usurpation, counterfeiting, benefiting from the usurped or counterfeit content, illegitimate identification and unfair competition shall be punishable under criminal law.

Turismo de Portugal, I.P. reserves the right to take legal action against the authors of any copy, reproduction or other unauthorized use of Portal content by third parties.

Exclusion of Responsibility
Turismo de Portugal, I.P. shall undertake all efforts to guarantee that information and facts included in the Portal are the best and most relevant of those available. However, there are no explicit or implicit guarantees that Portal information will always be up to date and we shall not be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect consequences that may result from using the supplied information.

Turismo de Portugal, I.P. therefore recommends that Portal users contact it directly. Portal information is sometimes linked to external sites over which Turismo de Portugal, I.P. has no control and for which it is not responsible.

Interpretation and Venue
These terms and conditions of use and the settling of all disputes arising from the Portal shall be regulated exclusively by law and by the Portuguese courts.
