The new public tender for the concession of the Colégio de S. Fiel, in Louriçal do Campo (Castelo Branco), was launched on July 26, 2023. Under this new procedure, the property will be concessioned for 5o years, for a minimum annual income of 21 750,00 euros. The total construction area is 17 394,40 SqM. Interested investors have until September 6, 2023, to submit proposals in the new tender.
