Concession agreement signed on 07.05.2024.
The project should include the installacion and operation of a 5 star hotel, with 600 SqM of its interior for the Coimbra Biennial of Contemporary Art: Anozero.
It is expected to start operating in 30.05.2026.
On 27 february, was sent for publication the public tender notice for the concession of Mosteiro de Santa Clara-a-Nova, Coimbra. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment, in accordance with the legislation in force.
