On july 21, 2022, was sent for publication the public tender notice for the concession of 7ª Bateria do Outão, in Setúbal. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment, local accommodation, or other project with tourist vocation, in accordance with the legislation in force.
