On may 18, 2021, was sent for publication the public tender notice for the concession of North Wing and part of the south wing of Santuário de Cabo Espichel, in Sesimbra. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment, local accommodation establishment or other project with tourist vocation, in accordance with the legislation in force.
