Concession agreement signed on 29.10.2020
The project foresees the operation of a 4-star hotel establishment.
The estimated investment is around 4 million euros and operation shall start for the end of June 2025.
On December 6, 2018, was launched the public tender for the concession of Palacete do Conde Dias Garcia, em São João da Madeira. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment, local accommodation establishment or other project with tourist vocation, in accordance with the legislation in force.
