The project foresees a lodging establishment (equivalent to a superior ET 4 *) with tourist entertainment in the area of cultural and landscape touring, including experiences such as historical recreations, "escape room" activities, augmented reality, complemented with tours along Minho river (water / road / cycling).

Recovery investment estimated at around 3.7 million euros.

Operation is expected to start in May 2022.
