The MS Collection Mosteiro de Arouca, a 5-star hotel, has 53 bedrooms supported by a lobby bar, restaurant, spa with an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and surrounding garden.
 
The investment for the recovery of the property totaleed 10,5 million euros.
 
The hotel was classified on 25 March 2026.
 
 
Tender.
On November 23, 2018, was launched the public tender for the concession of the south wing of Mosteiro de Arouca, in Arouca. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment, local accommodation establishment or other project with tourist vocation, in accordance with the legislation in force.
 
- Concession period: 50 (fifty) years
- Minimum annual rent: € 9.500,00
- Total construction area: around 5.295,00 SqM
