On September 26, 2018, was launched the international public tender for the concession of Convento de Santo António dos Capuchos, in Leiria. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment, local accommodation establishment or other project with tourist vocation, in accordance with the legislation in force.
