On May 28, 2018, an international public tender was launched for the concession of  Convent of Santa Clara, in Vila do Conde, with a view to carrying out works and subsequent tourism operation as a hotel establishment, local accommodation establishment or other project of tourist vocation, in accordance with the legislation in force.
