The buildings covered by the concession - the country house, the old stables, the administrative building and the old pigsties - were recovered and converted by the Vila Galé Group, which won the concession, in a four-star hotel dedicated to the equestrian theme.
The Vila Galé Collection Alter Real - Equestrian Resort, Conference & Spa, has 77 rooms, 3 outdoor swimming pools for adults and slides for children, Spa Satsanga with heated indoor pool, a regional cuisine restaurant, bar, library, wine cellar, a mill with a wood oven, two meeting rooms and an event hall with a horse museum.
The recovery investment was 8 million euros and the hotel started operating on March 13, 2020.
