It is expected to start operating in 30.03.2025.

On January 27, 2020, was launched the public tender for the concession of Quinta do Paço de Valverde, in Évora. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment (4 stars or higher), in accordance with the legislation in force. 

  • Concession period: 50 (fifty) years
  • Minimum annual rent: € 10.000,00
  • Total construction area: around 7.478,00 SqM
