Concession agreement signed on 18.09.2019

The project foresees the construction of a 5-star hotel with 50 rooms, restaurant and indoor and outdoor pools.

The estimated total investment is in the order of 5 to 6 million euros.

The hotel is expected to start operating by july 2023.

On December 14, 2018, was launched the public tender for the concession of Convento do Carmo, in Moura. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment, local accommodation establishment or other project with tourist vocation, in accordance with the legislation in force.

- Concession period: 50 (fifty) years

- Minimum annual rent: € 35,00

- Total construction area: around 5.236,00 SqM
