On October 26, 2018, was launched the limited tender by prior qualification for the concession of Casa de Marrocos, em Idanha-a-Nova. The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, with a view to its reconstruction and subsequent tourism operation as hotel establishment, local accommodation establishment or other project with tourist vocation, in accordance with the legislation in force.
