In this 13th edition of the National Urban Rehabilitation Award, 82 projects from mainland Portugal and the islands, totalling 26 municipalities, applied. Eight projects from the municipalities of Lisbon, Porto an Vila do Conde were distinguished. The awards ceremony took place on 15 May at the Cidadela in Cascais.

The reahabilitation of this ancient Santa Clara Convent has led to the creation of The Lince Santa Clara Historic Hotel, a new 5-star hotel, wich has been concessioned by SLICEDAYS - Hotelaria, Lda. Designed by architect Carvalho Araújo and built by the Arliz construction group, this intervention has revitalised the vacant property, returning it to the city of Vila do Conde. [23.05.2025]
