After signicant renovation work, including major archaeological work, the 5-star "The Lince Santa Clara Historic Hotel" has opened in Vila do Conde. This hotel offers 87 accommodation units (rooms and suites), an interpretation centre for the monastery itself, an events room, two restaurants, a bar, a wine cellar, an outdoor pool, a wellness & spa with an indoor pool and a garden supported by an outdoor bar. This project was co-funded by COMPETE 2020 under the Innovation Incentive Scheme. The overall investment was approximately 19 million euros. [08.07.2024]
