A new international public tender is now open for the 50-year concession of the Palace Hotel do Buçaco, buit at the end of the 19th century and classified as a National Monument since 2018, together with the surrounding forest, chapels and hermitages, the Cruz Alta and the Convento de Santa Cruz do Buçaco.

With a minimum annual rent of € 51.355,80, interested investors will have 120 days to submit proposals, which will expire on 22 October 2024.
