The concession requires the execution of works, including infrastructure, and subsequent tourism operation as 5 star hotel establishment, in accordance with the legislation in force.

- Concession period: 50 (fifty) years

- Minimum anual rent: € 51.355,80

- Total construction area: 9.840,00 SqM
