With exception of the church and the tower, the remaining areas are vacant and are in condition to be turned into an accommodation establishment.

The area designated for touristic purposes will be total, with exception of the Church which is a place of worship.

The legal model is that of concession.

Located at the bottom of a valley and surrounded by several farms characteristic of the northern region of the country, the monastery is on the itinerary of the Romanesque Route.
